AI software
that ships.

EvolveTech Consulting is an independent software consultancy. We design and build AI-powered tools that run in production — desktop applications, document automation, and integrations into the systems a business already uses.

What we do

Three kinds of work

AI product development

End to end, from the first working version to a shipped product — installers, auto-updates, billing, and the unglamorous parts that decide whether software actually gets used.

Document and data automation

Pulling structured data out of PDFs, photographs, and email — including the messy inputs, like a handwritten receipt shot on a phone — and writing it where it belongs.

Integrations

Connecting those pipelines into the CRM, accounting, and back-office tools a company already runs, instead of asking anyone to switch.

We prototype in other domains too. What we show here is what runs in production.

The proof

One product, in production

Slate is a desktop application for macOS and Windows that reads supplier invoices — from Gmail, or uploaded by hand — and files each one against the correct job in the CRM: the payment, the PDF, and a note explaining it.

It reads invoices, photos of handwritten crew payments, insurance estimates, and aerial reports. Client profiles let one bookkeeper run several companies from a single install.

Slate is used day to day by a roofing company in Georgia, on a paid subscription.

Built with Electron and a TypeScript engine, on a Supabase backend, with Stripe billing and auto-updates on both platforms.

Slate integrates with AccuLynx today. Other CRMs are on the roadmap — not shipped.

How we work

Four commitments

  1. One workflow at a time

We start with a single task that’s eating hours every week, and ship something that runs. Not a strategy deck.

  2. You talk to the person building it

No account layer between the problem and the code.

  3. Production, not demos

Software that installs, updates itself, handles bad input, and keeps working when nobody’s watching.

  4. We’ll tell you when AI isn’t the answer

Some problems are a spreadsheet and a rule. Saying so is cheaper for everyone than finding out in month three.
